Before booking your appointment, please read and acknowledge our policy regarding fitting fees, made-to-measure services, alterations, and rental services.

1. Fitting Sessions Fee

• Casual fitting fee: RM10 per outfit
• Gown fitting fee: RM20 per outfit

If you purchase or book a rental after your fitting sessions, we won't charge the fitting fee.

For Regular Customers: If you have previously purchased online or used our services, please provide your registered information or phone number to enjoy Unlimited Fitting Sessions

Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• If you need to reschedule, cancel, or are running late, please notify us as early as possible 

2. Made-to-Measure Service

• For customers booking a made-to-measure appointment, we will take your body measurements and confirm them with you.
• This service is only available for designs in romantic, gown , bridal collection
• The production period is estimated to be between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
• After measuring and consulting with our designer, we will provide you with the final estimated completion date.

Final Fitting:

• You will be invited to our store for a final fitting session to make any necessary adjustments before the final pick-up.

3. Alteration Service

Standard Alterations:

• Available at RM30 with an estimated turnaround time of 1 week.

Priority Alterations:

• Available at RM60 with an estimated turnaround time of 3 days.

Free Alteration Offer:

• For products with SKUs "AA and A", one free alteration is included 
• For all other products, alteration fees are not included in the fixed price.

Pick-up Process:

• Once your alterations are complete, we will promptly notify you for pick-up.
• Please retain your transaction invoice to claim your design.

4. Rental Service

• All casual are purchase only as new and are not available for rental.
• All gowns marked with the "book your time" tag on website are available for rental.
• All gowns marked with the " add to bag" tag on website are available for purchase 

Gown Rental Service:

• Rental prices range from RM300 to RM3000, with a deposit requirement between RM800 and RM5000 depending on the gown.
• The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the dress is returned, provided it is not seriously damaged.
• The maximum rental period is 5 days.
