Pre-Appointment Information

Juliet’s Selection — Appointment & Fitting Policy

Dear Customers,
Before booking your first appointment, kindly review the following policies regarding fittings, alterations, rentals, and custom orders. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and efficient experience for all.

1. Fitting Appointment


A fitting fee will apply if no purchase is made under the same collection as the tried items.
Returning customers may enjoy waived fitting fees with proof of transaction or previous purchase phone number

Fitting Rates (per outfit ):

  • Casual / Day-to-day: RM15 

  • Short Gowns: RM20

  • Long Gowns: RM25

Note:
Due to space and scheduling limitations, fitting times may be adjusted at the company’s discretion.

2. Alteration Services

Standard Alteration

  • Fee: RM30

  • Completion Time: ~1 week

Priority Alteration

  • Fee: RM60

  • Completion Time: 1–3 days

Complimentary Alteration

  • Included for SKUs starting with “AA” or “A”

  • One free adjustment is provided, with a follow-up fitting before pick-up

Not Included in All Alterations:

  • Style changes or major structural modifications

  • Sale items and SKUs starting with “B” are not eligible for free alterations

3. Rental Services

  • Only items marked “Book Appointment” or “Rent” on our website are available for rental

  • Items marked “Add to Bag” or “Purchase” are for purchase only

Rental Details:

  • Rental Fee Range : RM300–RM3000

  • Deposit: Equal to the gown’s retail price

  • Rental Duration: Maximum of 5 days

  • Deposits are refunded within 24 hours after return, provided the gown is in good condition

Late Returns & Damages:

  • Overdue returns may incur additional rental fees, deducted from the deposit

  • Significant damage (e.g. tears, permanent stains, major altered not by us ) may result in deposit forfeiture or the item being considered sold

4. Custom-Made Orders

  • Available for haute couture designs requiring advanced craftsmanship

  • Measurements and design confirmation are done in-store

  • A final fitting will be arranged before collection to ensure perfect fit

This policy ensures fairness and helps us maintain the quality of service for every client.
