FITTING FEE

* A/B skus: RM15 per outfit 
* AA/WD skus: RM50 per gown applies due to the preparation and assistance. 
* The fitting fee will be refunded if you proceed with a confirmed purchase or rental.

Clients Privilege: Clients with a purchase history with us may enjoy free of charge fitting for the same category in all next visit.  

ALTERATION

Alteration services only for item purchased from our brand.

Standard • Fee: RM30 per adjustment•
Completion Time: 1-2 week

Priority • Fee: RM60-100 per adjustment• Completion Time: 1–3 days

Please note that certain alterations may vary depending on design and structure. For specific requests or urgent cases, kindly consult with our team for guidance.

One time free alteration • Available for SKUs “AA” or “A”• Includes one adjustment and one follow-up fitting before collection

RENTAL 

To maintain the quality, exclusive of gowns and a refined experience for clients, we would like to clearly information. 

• Rental duration: up to 5 days• A security deposit is required
• Deposits are refunded same day after return gown in good condition.
• Late Returns & Damages• Late returns may incur additional rental charges deducted from the deposit• Significant damage (such as tears, permanent stains, or unauthorized alterations) may result in deposit forfeiture or the gown being considered sold. 

 

CUSTOM-MADE

Our custom-made service is designed to create a gown tailored specifically to your ideas and occasion.

1. Preparation  
Clients are encouraged to prepare their ideas and specific details prior to the appointment.

2. Appointment & Design Consultation  
During the appointment, we will take your measurements, discuss your requirements, and develop the design concept.  
This includes sketching, selecting fabrics and colors, and discussing detailed design elements.

3. Quotation & Production  
After the consultation, we will provide a quotation and estimated timeline for production.

4. Final Fitting & Collection  
Before collection, clients will attend a final fitting to ensure the gown fits perfectly. Any necessary adjustments will be completed prior to pick-up.
