- Standard: All orders are shipped via GDEX, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working day. Free shipping on orders over RM400. For orders under RM400, a flat RM13 fee applies per order.

International Shipping
- International: International shipping is available for an additional fee, with an estimated delivery time of [2-10 working day]. We offer international shipping to Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Dubai, and India.

Shipping costs displayed at checkout cover only the delivery fee and do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees imposed by your country.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Juliet’s Selection is not responsible for any loss, delays, or damages that may occur during transit.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and contacting the courier for any delivery issues.
3. Customs Duties & Additional Charges
Customers are solely responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by their country's regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. Juliet’s Selection is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from customs, customers must cover any reshipment costs.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the courier.
Juliet’s Selection will assist in providing necessary shipment details but is not liable for lost or damaged parcels once dispatched.

If there is a significant delay beyond the estimated shipping time, please reach out to the courier first before contacting us.
7. Shipping Restrictions

If an order is rejected by customs and returned to us, only the product cost (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded.
